Payments, shipping, and returns
Delivery time
All items in stock will be processed and shipped within 5 working days after receipt of payment, unless we are on holiday or exceptional circumstances occur. The estimated delivery time depends on the country of delivery and the postal service.

Would you prefer to pay by bank transfer? Then send an email to info@studiotextuur.com and we will help you arrange the payment.
Collection
Free collection at my Studio. Address: Brandweerstraat 84, 9820 Merelbeke-Melle.
You will receive an email when your items are ready for collection.
Shipping
Shipping within Belgium:
Standard: €6 – Free delivery from €100
Shipping to the Netherlands:
Standard: €9 – Free delivery from €150
Shipping to Luxembourg, Germany and France:
Standard: €16 – Free delivery from €250
Shipping is not available to other destinations (not mentioned above).
Returns
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Send an email to info@studiotextuur.com to submit your return request. After your request, we will contact you to arrange the return further. We only accept products returned in their original condition.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned order. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After receiving the return, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs and, if applicable, excluding return label) via bank transfer within 14 days.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for any damage to an item during the shipping process. Therefore, we require returns to be sent with insured shipping. If we provide the return label ourselves, the shipment is insured and it is important to pack the ordered items in the same way they were shipped.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
